Tool Design & Manufacturing

To achieve this goal, we utilize cutting-edge CAD/CAM software, state-of-the-art CNC and VMC machines, and specialized workshops for tooling. Our team of experienced workers and inspectors ensures that we deliver top-quality aluminum extrusions to clients across various industrial sectors.
Strict Quality Control Procedure
ANB Metal Cast is certified by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, ISO 45001:2018 and CE, ensuring the highest standards in quality. We specialize in supplying top-quality Aluminium Extrusion parts, which is achieved through our well-established QC procedures, quality tools, worker training, and continuous improvement focus. Our incoming materials undergo thorough testing, and we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment to maintain consistent production of high-quality parts.
Testing
Experienced engineers check for chemical and mechanical properties including tensile strength, electrical conductivity and elongation besides other required tests.

- Incoming material testing by Computerized direct reading optical emission spectrometer for chemical analysis of elements in aluminum alloy.
- Dimension testing facility

Packing
Materials passed by the Quality Assurance Department may be packed with stretch wrapping film or PP strapping or wooden boxes or any other mode as requested.
Packing can be customized as per customers’ requirements. For export consignments we use sea worthy customized packing.
